Our Faculty

The Nutrition Research Institute recruits the best researchers that science has to offer. Using genomic, epigenetic, and metabolomic biotechnology, our researchers explore how and why metabolism and nutrient requirements differ from person to person. The NRI’s goal is to craft a mix of disciplinary expertise to build the Institute’s capacity to study nutrition from a variety of perspectives. Our faculty members include:
